IVSA in the World
Member Organizations of IVSA are located all over the globe, each composed of extremely active members, sharing ideas and cultures throughout the year. The differences in cultures and various curriculums make all IVSA experiences rich and unique, but we all share the same passion for IVSA.
The IVSA is an apolitical, associative student organization. As such, Member Organizations are recognized by a simple majority vote at IVSA General Assemblies. Member Organizations are thus recognized independent of the de facto or de jure status of the territory in which they are based.

About our University
The University of Bahri, though a recent addition to the set of Sudanese universities, is a university that inherited rooted traditions from its predecessors of Juba, Upper Nile, Bahr El Ghazal and Rumbeik universities. The University of Bahri was officially inaugurated in July 2011. Due to the political strive that ensued in Sudan through 1983 to 2005. The University of Juba was relocated in Khartoum from 1988 to 2010. During this period it underwent massive transformations incorporating newer academic dimensions in the form of new colleges and center’s that offer a diversity of regular academic programs as well as distant education. Following the secession of South Sudan, University of Bahri was established on University of Juba’s Khartoum campus with the mandate to carry out for students and the staff members and employees of the Sudan who were part of the southern Sudan universities, and to compensate lack of the missed seats caused by the secession of the South Sudan. The university started with students population of over 12.000 were distributed on 26 colleges and 8 center’s specialized in various undergraduate and graduate programs, more than 850 academic staff and about more than 686 non-academic workforce. for more information https://bahri.edu.sd/
